The quote tool
Our quote form collects your gender, birth date, self-reported health status, nicotine use, desired coverage amount, and policy term. These details go to the carriers' quoting system to retrieve rate quotes, but this website does not retain them. To view quotes, you do not provide a name, location, phone, or email address. If you submit the same quote request multiple times, the system may deliver the result from a short-lived cache to reduce the number of fresh requests sent to the quoting service.
Applying
When you select apply, the information you entered gets imported into the carriers' secure application system, which operates under its separate privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance business (License 0B75129), manages your application.
The contact form
Use the contact form to supply your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred way to be contacted, a subject matter, and your message text. It delivers to the agency's email inbox; your email address becomes the reply-to address. The website maintains no copy of what you write, does not store submissions in a database, and does not log message information. A lightweight anti-spam verification process runs in your browser before the message is sent.
Measurement
We track visits to these pages using first-party, cookieless analytics from this domain. The system sets no cookies or device identifiers; your IP address has two bytes redacted before storage; query strings from referring websites are excluded; logs of raw visits are destroyed every 90 days. Visitors whose browsers send either Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control signals are not tracked at all.
What we do not do
This site does not buy or distribute personal information, deploy ad tracking, or include external analytics software. The only third-party software on this site is the carriers' application tool on the apply page; it only loads if you navigate there.
